I had a mixed experience with Ort furniture mfg co. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, the quality of the furniture I received was not up to my expectations. The website, ortfurniture.com, was easy to use, but I ended up returning the items due to poor craftsmanship. Hopefully, they will improve their product quality in the future.
