I have been a customer of Gazetebilkent for many years and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of articles. However, their customer service could use some improvement. They are slow to respond to inquiries and sometimes the replies are not very helpful. Overall, it's an okay company to get news from, but there is definitely room for improvement.
