My experience at Unitypoint clinic - cardiology was average. The doctors were competent, but the overall atmosphere of the clinic felt a bit impersonal. The waiting times were reasonable, but the communication regarding delays could be improved. While my heart condition was adequately addressed, I believe there is room for improvement in patient experience.
