We recently implemented a customer portal without using Magentrix and it was a disaster. The platform was difficult to use and lacked essential features. It was a huge waste of time and resources. However, after switching to Magentrix, we couldn't be happier. The platform is intuitive, customizable and the support team is exceptional. Highly recommend!
