I recently booked a trip with Glocal Travel and I was not impressed. The website was confusing to navigate and lacked important information. The customer service team was slow to respond and not very helpful. I ended up having to do a lot of research on my own to make sure everything was in order. I would not recommend booking with Glocal Travel.
