I had a rather average experience with the China Better Business Bureau. Their website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was sufficient for my needs. However, I wish there were more detailed reviews and ratings available for the businesses listed. Customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
