My experience at the correctional facility was overall positive. The staff was professional and the facility was well-maintained. The programs offered to the inmates seemed helpful and I believe they are making a difference in their rehabilitation. However, I noticed a few areas that could use improvement. It would be great if there were more vocational training opportunities to help inmates gain employable skills. Overall, I would rate the Blackwater Correctional Facility as good.
