The overall experience with Nest&wings holidays was average. The website could use some improvements in terms of navigation and user experience. However, the customer service was good and they were quick to respond to my inquiries. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside was the accommodation, which was not up to my expectation.
