I had a mixed experience with Soditec. While their products are of high quality, the website could use some improvement. It was a bit confusing to find what I was looking for, and the checkout process was a bit tedious. However, their customer service team was very helpful and resolved my issues promptly. Overall, I think they have great potential but need to work on the user experience.
