The MIT Investment Management Company is an average company. They provide decent services, but there is room for improvement. The website, mitimco.org, is easy to navigate and provides useful information about their investment strategies. However, I found their customer support to be somewhat lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not always clear. Overall, I would rate them as average.
