The tour I took with Vietnam autrement was quite average. While the guide was knowledgeable and friendly, I found the itinerary to be a bit lacking. The attractions we visited were crowded and touristy, and I would have liked to explore some off-the-beaten-path sites. Overall, it was an okay experience.
