I had an average experience with Zambia Centre for Interparty Dialogue. The website zcid.org.zm was easy to navigate and find information about the services they offer. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate them as average.
