Hbg recruiting is an average company. I applied for a position through their website and the process was quite lengthy. It took several weeks to hear back from them. Once I did, the interview process was fairly straightforward. The interviewers were professional and asked relevant questions. However, the overall experience was just average and I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a candidate.
