I recently booked a ski trip with an online company for the first time. The experience was average, as the booking process was quick and easy, but I was disappointed with the customer service. The website was user-friendly and had a wide selection of resorts to choose from, but I felt like my questions weren't answered properly. Overall, it was an ok experience.
