I recently used this company's services and overall, I would rate them as just average. 🤷‍♀️ While their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. 📱 It took them quite some time to respond to my queries, and when they finally did, the answers were not very satisfactory. 😕 Additionally, I found their shipping rates to be slightly higher compared to other freight companies I've used in the past. 💸 On the positive side, I must say that their delivery was on time and the packaging of my goods was secure. 📦 However, I expected a bit more attention to detail and personalized service throughout the process. Overall, if you are looking for an average shipping experience, this company could be an option.
