I recently purchased some products from the company website. The overall experience was decent. The products arrived on time and were of good quality. However, I found the website interface a bit confusing, and it took me some time to navigate through it. Nonetheless, the customer service was helpful in resolving my queries. It would be great if they could improve the website usability.
