The service provided by Petalon Board Services (Pty) Ltd was average. They handled my inquiries promptly and were able to assist me with my needs. However, I felt that their communication could be improved as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to work with.
