I have been banking with Deutsche Bank for the past 5 years and overall I am quite satisfied with their services. The customer service is excellent and the staff is always ready to assist. The online banking system is user-friendly and convenient to use. The rates and fees are competitive compared to other banks. However, I have had a few instances where the customer service representatives were not able to resolve an issue immediately, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate Deutsche Bank as great.
