I have had a few experiences with Syrian Medical Services - SMS, and I must say, they have been average at best. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the service itself leaves much to be desired. The wait times are often long, and the facilities could definitely use some improvement. Overall, my experience with SMS has been satisfactory, but I wouldn't say it was great.
