I find Digitoon.tv to be a decent platform for watching cartoons. The website is easy to navigate and the video quality is satisfactory. They have a good collection of cartoons available to watch. However, there are occasional buffering issues which can be frustrating. Overall, it's an average streaming service for cartoons.
