The experience I had with Consumer Business Systems was average. The website consumersys.com was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer support was lacking. I had to wait on the phone for a long time before I was able to speak to a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. I was disappointed with the overall service I received.
