I recently had my car repaired at 🚗🔧 and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was courteous and they explained the repair process to me in detail. However, the overall time it took to fix my car was longer than expected and I found the communication to be a bit lacking. 📞 There were several instances where I had to call them to get updates on the progress of my car. 💬 Additionally, the quality of the repair was decent, but not exceptional. Some minor issues were left unresolved. On a positive note, their towing service was prompt and efficient, which was a relief in a stressful situation. Overall, the B&J Body Shop and Towing provided an average service. I would recommend them if you're in need of a quick fix, but don't expect anything extraordinary. 🤷‍♀️🚙
