I had a mixed experience with Zchocolat. While the quality of their chocolates is undeniably excellent, I found their customer service to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate and placed my order without any issues. However, when I had a question about my delivery, it took multiple attempts to get a response. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase but their customer support could definitely use some improvement.
