I have been banking with Deutsche Bank for a while...

I have been banking with Deutsche Bank for a while now and I have had a mixed experience. While the customer service is generally good, there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get my issues resolved. The online banking system is user-friendly, but the fees are slightly higher compared to other banks. Overall, I would rate Deutsche Bank as average.
