The team was professional and prompt in their communication. They provided valuable insights and suggestions to help resolve the issue at hand. 📞👨‍💼 The process went relatively smoothly and I appreciated the transparent and fair approach taken by the company. However, I felt that the mediator could have been more proactive in facilitating the discussions and ensuring a smoother flow of conversation between both parties. Overall, I rate their service as average, as there were no exceptional aspects that stood out. While they did a satisfactory job, there is room for improvement in terms of mediator involvement. 🤝👍
