📷 I recently had the opportunity to work with CID for a design project and was fairly satisfied with the overall experience. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse through their portfolio and gather inspiration. The team responded promptly to my inquiries, which was appreciated. However, there were a few areas where I felt they could improve. While the designs were creative, I found them to be somewhat generic and lacking a unique touch. Additionally, the communication could have been more proactive during the revision process. Despite these setbacks, the final product was satisfactory and met my requirements. Overall, CID offered decent service, but there is room for them to elevate their designs and enhance communication with customers.
