I have been a customer of Telefonbau Arthur Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG for several years now and I must say their service is average. While their products are of good quality, their customer support needs improvement. It often takes a long time to get a response from them and their technicians are not always knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
