During my recent vacation, I booked a trip with a travel agency. Prominent tours n travels provided an average experience overall. The customer service was satisfactory, but I was not completely satisfied with the tour package. The tour guide was helpful and knowledgeable, but some of the attractions mentioned in the itinerary were not up to my expectations.
