I've been a customer of Smart telcom for several years now and I have to say, their service has been average at best. While the coverage is generally good, I have experienced frequent dropped calls and slow internet speeds. The customer support is also lacking, with long hold times and unhelpful agents. Overall, I would rate Smart telcom as just an average telecommunications company.
