I recently traveled with Prominent tours n travels and it was a pleasant experience. The customer service was good and the tour guide was knowledgeable. However, I felt that some of the attractions mentioned in the itinerary could have been better. Overall, it was an average trip, but I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
