I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that I had a mixed experience with McNamara Insurance Services, Inc. While their customer service was exceptional, their rates were on the higher side. The agents were polite and helpful but the premium I had to pay for my insurance policy was quite high. I expected more competitive pricing from such a renowned company. Overall, I would rate them as average.
