However, I did encounter a minor issue with the product itself. It seemed to be missing one of the accessories mentioned in the description. I reached out to customer support and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. They sent the missing accessory promptly and it arrived in good condition.

Overall, I would say that routerade.com has decent products and efficient customer service. While my experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory and I would consider purchasing from them again in the future.
