I have been a repeat customer of Nicb for quite some time and I must say, their service is very average. While their prices are competitive, there is nothing exceptional about their products or customer support. They get the job done, but I wouldn't say they go above and beyond. There have been a few instances where I've had issues with my orders, but they were eventually resolved. Overall, an average experience.
