I had a somewhat mixed experience with Vermont Protection and Advocacy. While they did provide some level of assistance, there were instances where their communication was lacking. I also felt that their level of expertise could have been better. However, they were able to address my concerns to some extent, which I appreciate. Overall, I would consider my experience to be on par with the average in the industry.
