I had an overall average experience with Electric worx bvba. The website electricworx.be is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and were not very helpful when I had an issue with one of their products. I would rate them as average.
