I had a mixed experience with Pixtoon Studio. While their website looks professional and their portfolio is impressive, I found their customer service to be lacking. The communication was slow and it took them longer than expected to deliver the final product. However, once I received the animation, I was blown away by the quality. It was definitely worth the wait.
