I had an average shopping experience at Media Markt Russia. The website is decent, but could be more user-friendly. The delivery took longer than expected and the product packaging was damaged. However, the customer service team was helpful in resolving the issues. Overall, I would consider shopping with Media Markt again, but with lower expectations.
