I had the unfortunate experience of having to use the International Funeral Service of NY, Inc. recently, and I have to say, their service was less than satisfactory. The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed no compassion during a very difficult time. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
