The Lithuanian football federation is a decent organization. They have done a commendable job in promoting and developing football in the country. The national team has shown improvement in recent years and it's all thanks to the efforts of the federation. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of infrastructure and youth development programs. Overall, I would rate the federation as average.
