I was not very satisfied with the service provided...

I was not very satisfied with the service provided by the dialysis clinic in Fort Worth. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked warmth and friendliness. The facility was clean, but the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. I felt like just another patient, rather than a valued individual. The doctors did their job, but there was no personal touch. I hope they can improve their customer service to make the patients feel cared for.
