The customer service training I attended at essac.edu.ni was great! The trainers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the content was very practical. I learned a lot of useful tips and techniques that I can apply to my job. The only suggestion I have is to provide more hands-on activities to reinforce the learning. But overall, it was a valuable experience.
