As a customer of Hawaii tour experts, I must say that their service was average. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but the overall experience didn't meet my expectations. The tour was too crowded, and we had limited time at each stop. In addition, the transportation was not very comfortable. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction.
