I recently had a not-so-great experience at Janesville Animal Medical Center. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. The waiting time was longer than expected, and my concerns were not addressed properly. It's unfortunate because I had heard good things about this clinic. Hopefully, they can improve their service.
