I recently purchased a vehicle from Neotek and overall, I would say my experience was satisfactory. The customer service was decent, although there were times when it felt a bit impersonal. The car itself is in good condition and runs well, but I did have a few minor issues with it that needed to be addressed. The staff at Neotek were responsive in helping me resolve these issues, but it did take some time and effort on my part. All in all, I would recommend Neotek for a decent car-buying experience.
