The yacht I purchased from xxlyachts.com is of average quality. It meets my basic requirements but falls short in terms of luxury and design. The customer service was decent, they were responsive to my queries but lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it's an okay purchase but I expected more from Xxl yachts.
