I have been working with Ida Ireland for over a year now and I have to say, the experience has been average. While the company has a good reputation in the industry, the work environment can be quite challenging at times. The management team is not very supportive and there is a lack of communication between departments. However, the company offers competitive salaries and benefits, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate Ida Ireland as an average company to work for.
