I recently had my AC unit repaired by this company. The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. The repair was completed efficiently, and my unit is now working well. However, I was expecting a little more from the experience. While the technician did a good job, I felt that the overall service lacked that extra something special. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, but it could benefit from a more modern design. The pricing was reasonable, but I have seen other companies offer more competitive rates. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I can't say that I was blown away. I would recommend this company if you're in need of service, but don't expect anything extraordinary. 😐
