Kowalski Construction, Inc. provided average service. The quality of work was acceptable, but there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I would say they did an okay job. It's not the best construction company I've worked with, but it's also not the worst. I would consider hiring them again if I couldn't find a better option.
