I had a mixed experience with J. & a. bonnici ltd. On one hand, their products are of good quality and their website is easy to use. However, on the other hand, their customer service was not up to par. I encountered some issues with my order and it took a while to get them resolved. Overall, I would say they are an average company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
