Overall, I had an average experience with Kandiyohi Power Cooperative. The customer service was decent, but there were some issues with their billing system. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get my bill corrected. However, once the issue was resolved, they were prompt in fixing it. The rates are reasonable, and I haven't experienced any major outages. I would consider using them again in the future.
